MPPSC Recruitment Notification 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports Science or Physical Education and Sports Science with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade, as applicable in the grading system).
Candidates must have successfully cleared a similar examination accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC), such as SLET/SET, or as prescribed by the UGC’s guidelines on the minimum standards and procedures for the award of MPhil/Ph.D. degrees.
Candidates must have obtained a Ph.D. degree in Physical Education, Physical Education, and Sports, or Sports Science, as applicable. Candidates who registered for the Ph.D. degree before July 11th, 2009, will be governed by the existing provisions of the ordinances, bye-laws, and regulations of the respective degree-awarding institutions regarding Ph.D. studies and the associated financial aspects.
Age Limit
Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years but must not have exceeded the age of 40 years as of January 1st, 2023.
