Educational Qualification
Super Specialist Medical Officers
A graduate degree in Medicine (M.B.B.S.)/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma or equivalent from a recognized university/ Institution included in the first schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and, or
Should possess a Doctorate of Medicine (DM) or Magister Chirurguie (M.Ch.) or equivalent with three years of experience in the concerned Super-Specialty after obtaining the first post-graduate degree.
Specialist Medical Officers
A recognized medical qualification of the allopathic system of medicines.
Should also possess Post Graduate (PG) Degree/ Diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned, or
Equivalent and one and a half years experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining a PG Degree or two and half years experience after obtaining PG Diploma.
Medical Officers A recognized medical qualification of the allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

For Super Specialist Medical Officers Posts:
The revised pay structure of the first cell in Level 12 of the Pay Matrix or minimum pay in the first cell of the Pay Matrix as specified in Part-A of the schedule of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 pay scale Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200 per month plus other benefits.
For Specialist Medical Officers Posts:
The revised pay structure of the first cell in the Level-11 of Pay Matrix or minimum pay in the first cell of the Pay Matrix as specified in Part-A of the schedule of CCS(Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, pay scale Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 per month plus other benefits.
For Medical Officers Posts:
The revised pay structure of the first cell in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix or minimum pay in the first cell of the Pay Matrix as specified in Part-A of the schedule of CCS(Revised Pay) Rules, 2016, pay scale Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500 per month plus other benefits
ITBP CAPF Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
Applicants, whose online applications are found in order, will be issued an e-admit card mentioning the date, time, and venue for ‘Documentation & Interview’ by a designated Board of Officers at the designated centers followed by Physical Standard Tests (PST) and Medical Examination Tests (MET), to assess their suitability for appointment in CAPFs & AR.

Application Fee
Male candidates belonging to the General (UR), OBC, and EWS categories applying for recruitment to the above posts want to pay Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only) as the ITBP Vacancy application fee through the online payment gateway system.
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, and Female candidates are exempted from the charge of the application fee.
