SALARY :-For candidates who will get selected for the posts of Primary School Teacher, Upper Primary School Teacher will be getting a fixed remuneration of Rs. 23,700/- will be payable during the probation period and in addition any other allowances such as house rent allowance, dearness allowance, urban compensation allowance, special pay, etc.

Educational Qualification :- Primary School Teacher General / Special Education (Level-I, Class 1 to 5)

Senior Secondary (Or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (By whatever name known) (or)

Senior Secondary (Or it's equivalent) with at least 45% marks and a 2-year diploma in Elementary Education (By whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations-2002

Senior Secondary (Or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) (or)

Senior Secondary (Or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) (For Special Teachers) (or)

Graduation with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Upper Primary School Teacher General/ Special Education (Level II, Class 6 to 8)

Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. (or)

At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post Graduation and B.Ed. (or)

Graduation with at least 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) (or)

Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) (or)

Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A./ B.Sc.Ed. or B.A. Ed./ B.Sc.Ed. (or)

Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) (Special Education). (or)

Post-Graduation with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.ED-M.ED.

Age Limit :-Minimum - 18 years-Maximum - 40 years

Application Fees :-

For other backward class/very backward class applicants of the general category and creamy layer category – Rs. 450/-

For backward class/very backward class and economically weaker class applicants of the non-creamy layer category of Rajasthan – Rs. 350/-

For all the specially-abled and SC/ ST applicants of Rajasthan – Rs. 250/-

For candidates of the category whose annual income of the family is less than Rs. 2.50 lakh, the examination fee of Rs. 250/- is payable the same as for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes.

Selection Procedure :-

Officials will conduct a Competitive Examination, and then shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Document Verification. A State level merit list will be prepared by finally selecting the eligible candidates in the document verification according to the level-wise/post-wise advertised posts.

Following is the Scheme of examination for Rajasthan Primary School Teacher General/ Special Education (Level I, Class 1 to 5) and Upper Primary School Teacher General / Special Education (Level II, Class 6 to 8)

The exam will be for 300 marks

There will be one question paper for the examination

The time duration of the question paper will be 02 hours and 30 minutes.

There will be a total of 150 questions in the question paper. All questions will be multiple-choice.

There will be negative markings in the evaluation of answers.
