SALARY :-

Basic Pay – Rs. 50,000/- in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – Rs.1,60,000/-

On successful completion of training of 1 year, the Management Trainees (Technical) will be designated as Assistant Manager in the pay scale of Rs.60,000/- to Rs.1,80,000/-

Educational Qualification :-

Degree in Engineering with 65% marks in any of the 7 engineering disciplines of Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Instrumentation, and Mining

Candidates also gave a valid GATE 2022 score in the respective discipline.

Age Limit :-Applicants should not exceed the upper age limit of 28 years for the post of Management Trainee (Technical).

Application Fees :-

For General/ OBC/ EWS – Rs.700/- (Application Fee + Processing Fee)

For SC/ ST/ PWD/ ESM/ Departmental candidates – Rs.200/- (Processing Fee)

Selection Procedure :-

Candidates interested in applying for the post of Management Trainees (Technical) in E-1 grade in SAIL should have appeared in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2022 examination (GATE-2022).

The Company shall consider candidates who have appeared in GATE-2022 in either of the aforementioned disciplines.

Based on their performance in GATE-2022, the candidates will be short-listed for appearing in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
